Gene set enrichment analyses of triosephosphate isomerase 1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue. Genes were ranked by the expression levels of triosephosphate isomerase 1 (TPI1). Significant correlations were observed between TPI1 expression and increased activities of the cell cycle and glycolysis processes. These findings suggest that TPI1 may play a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle and promoting glycolysis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue
