Intercellular communication in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. We explored the intercellular communication networks between malignant epithelial cells and immune-stromal cells in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by calculating A the number of communications and B the probability of communications. Circles of different colors represented different cell populations, the size of the circle was proportional to the number of cells corresponding to the cell populations, the color of each edge was consistent with the signal sender, and the thickness of the edge was proportional to the number and strength of intercellular communication. Panel (C, D) presented the communication probability of malignant epithelial cells and regulatory T cells
