From: Triosephosphate isomerase 1 may be a risk predictor in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma: a multi-centered study integrating bulk RNA, single-cell RNA, and protein immunohistochemistry

Fig. 2

Protein expression level of triosephosphate isomerase 1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue. In-house tissue microarray and protein immunohistochemistry were performed to validate the expression trend of triosephosphate isomerase 1 (TPI1) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Slice (A) was used as negative control, without using any antibody. Panels (B–F) and panels (G–J) presented the protein activity of TPI1 in non-LSCC and LSCC tissue, respectively. (K) Compared with non-LSCC tissue, LSCC tissue had a significantly high protein expression level of TPI1. L Over-expressed TPI1 showed a strong discriminatory ability between LSCC and non-LSCC tissue. ****, p < 0.0001
