Engineered MSC-Exo for target therapy. Targeted therapy, an innovative approach to treating cancer, shows promise in combating tumors. In this regard, the surface of MSCs-Exo is genetically or chemically engineered to promote their targeted potential of them. For genetically modification, MSCs are transfected with target gene to produce optional MSCs-Exo, for chemically modification, isolated MSCs-Exo are modified.
